War heute beim Augenarzt: Augeninnendruck, objektive Refraktion, Perimetrie, optische Kohärenztomographie, alles prima. Doppelbilder trotzdem noch da... Naja... Aber ich soll den Prismafilter jetzt doch mal wieder weglassen, sonst gewöhnt sich das linke Auge daran, obwohl es das vermutlich gar nicht muss!Und mit der Piraten-Augenklappe darf ich trotzdem noch ab und zu herumalbern - zur eigenen Unterhaltung (und der Euren vielleicht)
Da es mir aber ansonsten wirklich schon wieder so gut geht, möchte ich hier auch mal dem/den Chirurg*innen, den Pflegekräften, den Ärzt*innen und Therapeut*innen danken, die an meiner bisherigen “Gummibärchen-Geschichte” beteiligt waren.
Also allen voran Danke an das Universitätsklinikum Düsseldorf & Celenus Klinik für Neurologie Hilchenbach und meinen Hausarzt Dr. Pater 💙
Went to see an ophthalmologist today to have another checkup for my eyes: all‘s fine - intraocular pressure, perimetry, optical coherence tomography, refraction... Still remaining double vision though and now I’m not supposed to use the prismfilter anymore... Or else my left eye may want to stick to it when it doesn’t need to... I’m still allowed to playfully joke around with my pirate eyepatch - at least for my own entertainment (and yours maybe 😎)!But above all I’m truly fine and couldn’t be more thankful for the whole treatment by the surgeons and nurses, the doctors, the therapists and everyone involved in my “gummy bear”-story so far ❤️ First of all: University Clinic Düsseldorf - and elsewhere of course 😉
